Deliver

Our services in the Deliver range can be as large, complex or as small as you need them to be.  Deliver is all about providing an all-encompassing wrap around service that provides hands-on input and does the heavy lifting for you.  This is often best suited for organisations that don’t have the internal capacity, capability or confidence to undertake change with their existing resources.  It may be that your change initiative has gone off track and you need expertise to take over the reins to achieve your outcomes.  You may want better insight and visibility of the change/projects in your organisation, or it could be that you want us to provide an end-to-end service to see your change through from the beginning.  Either way, Enablists are here to deliver for you.  You will have a dedicated expert to work with you to understand all of your needs and because we care we will make sure that we leave you with the legacy of our input thereafter.

The commitment length will be tailored to suit your specific organisational requirements, with a time allowance for a knowledge handover and adjustment period. This will be discussed during the free consultation and confirmed based on recommendations following an initial discovery period.
