Leah Boxell

Award-winning project management and consultancy expert with 16 years of experience in projects, change, and transformation. As the founder of Enablists, Leah specialises in helping membership organisations, service-based businesses, and NHS sectors streamline processes, reduce costs, and drive growth.

With accolades such as the Silver Award for Best New Business (Best Business Women Awards 2024) and South East Regional Winner (UK Start-Up Awards 2024), Leah brings proven expertise to every project. She also served as a judge for the 2024 Surrey Business Awards and the Lloyds Business Excellence Awards.

Notable achievements include leading NHS Professionals’ Silver Command during the pandemic, mobilising over 100,000 healthcare staff to tackle critical challenges, and supporting businesses to improve efficiency, customer retention, and profitability.

Mel Dorlin

Mel is a seasoned consultant specialising in transformational projects, strategic planning, and change management. As a key member of the team, Mel helps organisations identify challenges, optimise processes, and implement sustainable improvements. Her work drives growth and measurable results across diverse sectors.

With over two decades of experience, Mel has achieved remarkable milestones, including leading initiatives that generated over £15 million in revenue, transforming services to win national awards, and achieving a 50% reduction in teenage pregnancy rates in Rotherham through strategic intervention. She has held leadership roles within the NHS, notably as Operations Director at NHS Professionals, where she played an instrumental role in key pandemic response strategies, alongside our Enablists Founder – Leah Boxell.

Holding advanced degrees in Public Health and Business Management, Mel combines her expertise with a passion for collaboration, making her a driving force behind impactful and sustainable change.

Becky Sutton

Having worked in the NHS, Becky has a deep understanding of the pressure staff face on a daily basis. She has witnessed first hand the dedication, care, and compassion that staff bring to their roles. However, she has also seen areas where change is needed. Becky thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and is a true believer in Empowerment. These qualities align perfectly with the Enablists ethos, which is why working at Enablists is the ideal fit Becky.

As Chief Organiser, she is highly organised, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to improve. Her role is to support the team and ensure the team work as efficiently as possible, so that our customers and industry colleagues receive excellent service from the very start. Becky is passionate about driving positive change, adding value to Enablists, and supporting all of our customers.
