Founder and CEO

Leah Boxell

Leah our founder is dedicated to helping organisations learn from the incredible experiences she has had, one being running Silver Command, the pandemic response for NHS Professionals, which was one of the most unprecedented, pressurised and complex portfolios of change, with the highest of profile stakeholders.  Yet, the unachievable was achieved through meticulous portfolio management driven by Leah and her team.

With a proven track record of establishing, improving and implementing effective transformation and organisation performance processes, Leah is passionate about helping her clients thrive in their business through using the most effective techniques and approaches.

Delivery Consultant

Mel Simmonds

Mel is a key expert in our project management function, Mel’s focus is all about helping businesses to deliver successful change.  With over 15 year’s experience in Public Sector change, Mel played a pivotal role leading workstreams for critical national programmes as part of the Pandemic response.   When talking about successful change management Mel states, ‘the impact of gaining a solid understanding, having authentic collaboration and true engagement cannot be underestimated.

Chief Organiser

Becky Sutton

Becky is perfect for the role as Chief Organiser, she is very organised, self-motivated and is always finding ways in which to improve. Becky’s role is to support the team and ensure we all work as efficiently as possible and so that our customers and industry colleagues receive great service from the very start. Becky is always striving to add value to Enablists and all of our customers.
